Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your e-mailboxes and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can forward mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your electronic mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming emails based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just choose the email box account you wish to redirect mail messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
